Alaa’ is the founder of Barqa Agency. She is a dreamer, a doer, and an achiever. Her policy is: every person is capable of giving their best if their surrounding environment is a healthy one. Therefore, she strives to provide the team with the most encouraging and accommodating environment while simultaneously working on growing Barqa into a leading marketing agency. She also makes sure everyone knows she is not a coffee drinker.

Afnan is the a co-founder of Barqa Agency and the creative team’s leader. Afnan is Barqa’s creative force, she is quite literally unstoppable when it comes to creating and coming up with ideas. She will explode if she does not share her full vision whenever she is inspired. She can take a simple seed of an idea and turn it into a bushy garden.

Tasneem, along with Afnan, is a co-founder of Barqa Agency. She is an exceptionally creative designer who contributed to creating and executing Barqa’s identity, brand, and visuals. She is capable of constructing well-rounded brand identities and authentic designs that set her apart from other designers. She is the opposite of “I work well under pressure” because her imagination requires tranquility and scented-candles. Tasneem has a sketchbook by her bed for whenever she is flooded with inspiration. Which is admirable but also a little scary.
